Phase 2: EyeGather
Following agreement on the next steps, we moved into the EyeGather phase. This included:

- Structuring and standardising the storage of documents;
- Implementing a secure SaaS solution (Corporify) as a single electronic repository;
- Collaborating with the client to appoint a dedicated employee responsible for corporate housekeeping;
- Developing a straightforward instruction manual so every group company worldwide understood the new process.

We also provided tailored training to the nominated employee, enabling her to manage corporate housekeeping independently and confidently. As a result, the client now benefits from:

- Reduced operational costs thanks to streamlined processes and clear ownership.
